- Bubbles easily if overheated.
Application:
- Hard splint.
- Surgical Trays
- Orthodontic retainers and other ortho uses.
Techniques:
- Heat until 25mm droop develops or bubbles appear.
- Vacuum form and trim with wheel saw.
