Characteristics:

  • Clear Material.

  • 127mm x 127mm sheet of PolyPro.

  • Acrylic adheres to material.

  • Bubbles easily if overheated.

Application:

  • Hard splint.

  • Surgical Trays

  • Orthodontic retainers and other ortho uses.

Techniques:

  • Heat until 25mm droop develops or bubbles appear.

  • Vacuum form and trim with wheel saw.
